At BowlBaby, we strive to provide quality products and a positive shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We may accept returns or offer replacements only in the following situations:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.

• You receive the wrong product.

• The item is significantly different from the product ordered.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are generally not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

• Minor color, size, or appearance variations caused by screen settings or manufacturing differences

• Products that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or modified after delivery

• Clearance, promotional, discounted, or special-offer items

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a fair and efficient review process, we strongly recommend recording a clear video while opening your package upon delivery.

For claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, an unboxing video and clear photos may be required as supporting evidence. This helps us verify issues quickly and process eligible refund or replacement requests more efficiently.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may require additional review and may not qualify for approval.

Refunds

Refunds are considered only after a request has been reviewed and approved by our support team.

If approved, refunds may be issued when:

• The item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• A replacement cannot be provided.

• The order cannot be fulfilled due to supplier-related issues.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
